Data Collection
We may collect personal information (i.e., your name, address, phone number, email address, etc.) and additional information volunteered by you during the loan inquiry process to enable us to offer you the best products and services. We do not sell or trade your personal information to marketing companies or information brokers. Additionally, your email address is collected when you submit any email to us. If the content of your email communication is very sensitive, or includes personal information such as your bank account, charge card, or Social Security number, you should send it via encrypted email or upload it through our secure web portal (https://www.westernagcredit.com/uploads” or by postal mail/delivery service.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
As our customer, the privacy and security of the personal information you entrust with us is vital to maintaining a relationship of trust and continuing to serve your ongoing credit needs. Therefore, we will only disclose customer information to others in very limited situations, such as:

• Third-party service providers who assist us with providing and marketing our products and services, such as data hosting services, analytics services, advertising partners, and online banking service providers.
• Constant Contact® (or similar provider) to send email marketing and text message communications. • Any affiliates, including other Farm Credit institution(s), or joint venture partners that we have or may have in the future.

• As a credit reference for customers with other lenders (subject to your authorization) or to provide information to a credit bureau or other credit reporting agency.
• Farm Credit Administration (FCA) examiners to facilitate the review of loan files during regular examinations of our association.
• When one of our employees applies to become a licensed real estate appraiser, we may give copies of real estate appraisal reports to the State agency that licenses appraisers as required. We will first remove as much personal information from the appraisal report as possible.

DIGITAL ADVERTISING & ANALYTICS
We may authorize our advertising partners to use technologies on our website to automatically collect certain information from your device and may share information about you collected from your device with our advertising partners. These partners may also collect information from other websites or applications over time, including information that could be used by us or our advertising partners to direct more relevant targeted ads.

We do not collect any personal information about you when you visit our website unless you provide that information. We value your privacy and the information you consent to share in relation to our SMS and email marketing service. By consenting to receive Western AgCredit’s SMS marketing and notifications, you agree to receive recurring text notifications, text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies.

If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message sent from us or by contacting us using the information listed below.

Standard SMS text messages and emails are inherently insecure due to their ability to be intercepted, so we advise that no private information be shared through these methods unless it is through an encrypted email. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or service. Social Media
If you interact with us on our social media platforms, the platform(s) may be able to collect information about you and your interaction with us.
