Farm Fresh Advertising Grants
Western AgCredit is pleased to offer Farm Fresh Advertising Grants to help farmers markets publicize their market. On an annual basis, four-$500 grants will be awarded to farmers markets to help advertise. Each market will also be given 200 reusable shopping bags to distribute at their market.
Grant Application
The brief application includes questions on the market size, years in existence, an overview of market customers, an overview of previous marketing efforts and how the funds, if received, would be used. To be eligible, the market must be located in Western AgCredit’s lending territory which includes Utah; Uinta or Lincoln County, WY; Lincoln or Clark County, NV; or Northern Mohave or Coconino County, AZ.
Those selected to receive the grants must be willing to participate in Western AgCredit’s outreach efforts to local food farmers by participating in marketing efforts through our communication channels including articles in Western AgCredit’s newsletter, social media and website spotlights. The application period is from April 1-30th. Applications will be available on the website and through our social media channels during the application period. Winners will be notified by May 15th.
