COVID-19 Update

On May 4, 2020, our offices were re-opened to the public after nearly a month of closure to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. This was based on Governor Herbert’s announcement that the state of Utah has moved from High Risk to Moderate Risk. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will make adjustments if the spread of COVID-19 warrants additional precautions. We do ask that when possible, please transact business remotely following the guidelines listed below.

For the health and safety of our employees and customers, Western AgCredit has temporarily closed all office lobbies to in-person traffic until social distancing and stay-at-home orders are lifted. In addition to the health and safety of our community, ensuring that customers have access to funding and all other services typically offered by the Association is our top priority. In order to facilitate this, employees are working normal hours and available by appointment to ensure that our customers’ needs are meet.

We urge customers to communicate with our staff by telephone, email, video chat, or other electronic means to keep personal contact to a minimum. In the event in-person meetings are necessary, they can be arranged with a minimum number of participants necessary using social distancing practices.

We know this is a critical time in agriculture as new equipment and operating loans are being secured for the upcoming growing season. We are committed to making sure this temporary lobby closure does not impact quality of service or availability of funds. Although some employees are working from a remote location, they are still fully accessible to meet your needs. The branches and administrative office remain staffed with adequate personnel to perform critical functions to ensure business continuity. Below you’ll find additional information to help you stay in touch with us during this health crisis.

How do I contact my local branch?

We’re available during normal business hours which are Monday-Friday from 7:45 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Here is a link to our office locations page with phone numbers and contact links to message employees directly.

What are my options for accessing my account information?

  • Call your local branch for assistance by phone.
  • Enroll in online banking for 24 hour access to your account information.
  • Call our administrative office toll free at 800-824-9198 during regular business hours for online banking support.

How can I make my payments?

  • Drop payments in the drop box at your local branch office.
  • Mail your payment to Western AgCredit, P.O. Box 95850, South Jordan, Utah 84095.
  • Wire or ACH from your depository bank.
