2010 Annual Meeting Election Results
In the 2010 Director Elections, Robert M. Johnson of Randolph, UT was re-elected to a three-year term in Region 2. Charles H. Redd of La Sal, UT was elected to a three-year term in Region 4, the position vacated by Gayle Wood. Mr. Wood is retiring from the Western AgCredit Board of Directors after 33 years of service.
The 2009 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting Minutes were approved.
The 2011 Nomination Committee will be: Region 1: Tim T. Munns of Snowville, UT and Clark E Israelsen of Logan, UT. Region 2: Mark A. Judd of Coalville, UT and Clint T. Wayment of Ogden, UT. Region 3: Clyde Bunker of Delta, UT and Edwin B. Sunderland of Chester, UT.
