At the July Board meeting held in Logan, UT on July 21, 2015; the Board of Directors elected new leadership to direct the Board for the next two years.

Outside Director, Shirelle Erb, was elected to serve as the Chairman of the Board. She replaced Kim Haws, a hay grower from Newton, UT. Shirelle has served as an Outside Director since 2005. She is a partner in the CPA firm Knighton, Erb & Company LLC.

Daniel Anderson was elected to serve as the new Vice Chairman. He replaced Shirelle who had been serving as Vice Chairman. Daniel has served on the Board of Directors since 2008. He runs a cow/calf operation and raises alfalfa and grain in Oak City, UT.

In addition to these leadership changes, some committee assignments were also modified. Below is a list of the current committee assignments:
