On August 15, 2022, Western AgCredit launched a new online banking product to better serve the needs of our customers. In addition to a new user-friendly website, this new product features a mobile app, which will make it easier for customers to bank anytime and anywhere.
This release represents the first phase of this product and offers a consolidated snapshot of all accounts and account activity, including current balances, payment amounts, due dates, interest rates, transaction history, transfers, etc. Users can also initiate transfer of funds between Western AgCredit accounts using a funds held account (FHA) and deposit accounts at other financial institutions as well as make payments or transfer funds within Western AgCredit accounts.
The second phase of the new online banking platform will be released soon and will include the ability to make remote check capture deposits from a mobile device with photo capabilities.
