Director Election Results
The Tellers Committee convened on Thursday, June 22nd to tabulate the stockholder votes. The following individuals were elected to the Board of Directors:
Region 1 – Kim D. Haws (re-elected to a 4-year term)
Region 2 – O. Scott Wayment (re-elected to a 4-year term)
Region 4 – Kelly P. Heaton (new Director - elected to a 3-year term)
The following individuals from each region were elected to the 2018 Nominating Committee:
Region 1 – Boyd M. Bingham
Region 2 – David Roland Batty
Region 3 – Gerald Wayne Andersen
Region 4 – Thomas Hatch
The 2016 Annual Meeting Minutes were approved as submitted.
