Dusty is co-owner and officer of a family agricultural operation focused on beef cattle, direct-to-consumer beef sales, and alfalfa hay production.

She serves as clerk and supervisor for the Kane County Soil Conservation District, vice-president of the Color Country High School Rodeo, and sits on the board of the Long Valley Jr. Rodeo Association. Dusty earned her bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business from Utah State University. She and her family live in Kanab, Utah.
