Complaints

Complaints concerning staff or operations of the Association should be addressed to to the Chief Executive Officer unless the issue involves the Chief Executive Officer; if this is the case, complaints should be forwarded to the Board Chairman using this form. The complaints/concerns can be made either confidential/anonymous, or on an identified basis. In either instance, the Association will not take adverse action on the individual(s) who in good faith raise issues.

Complaints or concerns relating to accounting, internal accounting controls, or auditing matters should be submited to the Audit Committee Chairman or Board Chairman using the Whistle Blower form.
