Ben began working for Western AgCredit in January of 2013. After spending some time in both the Tremonton and South Jordan branches for his training as a Loan Officer, he was transferred to the Logan branch. He is currently part of the AgExpress division, which is the streamlined lending program designed to provide efficient and timely loan services. AgExpress facilitates services to borrowers throughout Western AgCredit's territory and relationship lending including Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Arizona and Nevada.
Ben graduated from BYU-Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in agribusiness. Prior to graduation, he completed internships with Northwest Farm Credit Services in Salem, OR, and with Lewiston State Bank in Lewiston, UT.
Ben grew up on a dairy farm in Weston, ID where he gained a passion for agriculture. He and his wife, Brittin, live in Weston, ID with their three children, Benson, Kate and June. In his free time Ben loves being with his family and working on the family farm. He also enjoys athletics and spending time outdoors.
