Jim is Vice President and Area Manager over the southern region of Utah. His responsibilities include managing the Richfield Branch, overseeing the Cedar City Branch and he spends Wednesdays in Delta servicing the needs of customers in that area. Jim started with Western AgCredit in 1982 as a loan officer.

Jim graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a minor in accounting from Southern Utah University. He has also worked in the commercial banking industry as an installment loan officer, a commercial loan officer, a real estate loan officer and a branch manager.

Jim grew up on a small farm in Hinckley, UT where they raised beef cows and farmed land. Jim has milked cows, fed chickens, slopped hogs and raised rabbits. Jim and his wife, Julie, have lived in Richfield since 1986. They have four married children and five grandchildren. Jim enjoys traveling, riding 4-wheelers in the mountains and being with his family.
