In June of 2005, Jacob joined the Western AgCredit team as a Loan Officer. He currently works as a loan officer in the Cedar City branch serving farmers and ranchers in the surrounding area. One of the things Jacob enjoys most about his job is seeing people succeed in agriculture.

Jacob graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in agribusiness and business. Jacob appreciates the opportunity his education and position give him to continue to work with people in agriculture.

Jacob grew up on a small farm near Logan, UT, where hay, cattle, pigs and many other species were raised. He grew up participating in 4-H and FFA, showing dairy cattle, hogs and poultry. He currently lives in Cedar City with his wife, Brittney, their three children and an assortment of animals. One day Jacob hopes to have a small farming operation of his own. Jacob enjoys doing anything outdoors, farming and spending time with his family.
