Scott serves as the Vice President-Regional Manager in the northern region, and works with correspondent lending relations with Alliance Bank Partners. Scott enjoys the opportunity he has to work with the customers in the northern area and the Western AgCredit staff members.

Scott began his professional career with Western AgCredit in 1982. During his years with the Association, he has also worked as a loan officer and an appraiser. Scott has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration.

Scott was raised in Linrose, ID located at the north end of Cache Valley on a small farm. His family raised potatoes, sugar beets, beans, alfalfa and cattle. Scott and his wife, Kristy, have been married for 30 years and have four married children and four grandchildren. The Poulsens live in Smithfield. Scott enjoys hiking, camping, golfing and traveling.
