Garn works as a Correspondent Lending Officer out of the Logan Branch. He has worked for the Association since August of 2006. His responsibilities include working with commercial banks and their customers to provide long term financing. For Garn, the best part of his job is the opportunity he has to associate with the borrowers.

Garn graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in agribusiness and economics. Before joining the Western AgCredit team, Garn worked for 13 ½ years as the controller of a large farm and potato fresh pack operation. He also worked for another Farm Credit for over seven years.

Garn grew up on a hay and grain farm in Oak City, UT. Currently he lives in Aberdeen, ID with his wife Naloni. The Lovells have two married children and two grandchildren. Garn likes to occupy his spare time doing anything outdoors.
