Wayne has currently been on the Board since 2001, but he also served on the Board from 1980-1990. His current duties include Vice-Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Credit Review and Planning Committees. During his time on the Board, Wayne has served as Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board. Wayne has also served on the Board of the Western Farm Credit District Bank and the Farm Credit Council.

Wayne grew-up on a ranching operation, and in 1966, he purchased his first pastureland which was the beginning of his own operation. Today he runs a cow/calf operation, finishing operation and farms.

Wayne and his wife, Maria, have six children and 20 grandchildren. Wayne also enjoys public service and he currently serves as the Iron County Commissioner. In his free time he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
