Bob has served on the Western AgCredit Board of Directors since 1998. He enjoys the opportunity being a Board member gives him to learn more about agriculture financing and the associations with the people he works with in his capacity as a Director. He is a member of the Planning and Compensation Committees. Bob has also served as Chairman and Vice-Chairman during his time on the Board.

Bob has been ranching since 1960. He raises beef cattle and sheep in Rich County. They also raise hay and have pasture ground for their animals. Bob is active in the Utah Farm Bureau and has served in leadership positions of various other ag-related organizations.

Bob and his wife LaRue have six children, 24 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Other than farming, Bob’s interests include golfing, flying airplanes and snowmobiling. Bob also enjoys driving the activities bus for the Rich School District.
