LaDell has served as an Outside Director on the Western AgCredit Board of Directors since 2005. He currently serves as the Audit Committee Chairman and is a member of the Planning Committee. LaDell enjoys working with the other Directors and the Association management in making decisions and dealing with issues to ensure that Western AgCredit is the best place for customers to do business and a great place for employees to work.

LaDell received a master’s degree in accounting from Southern Utah University. He is a CPA and managing partner in Kohler & Eyre, CPA’s, LLP in Cedar City, UT.

LaDell grew up on his family’s farm. They had a dairy, a cow/calf operation and farmed ground. LaDell and his wife, Angela, have three children. In his spare time, LaDell enjoys vacationing with his family, hunting, camping and golfing.
